If you are remodeling your old kitchen or planing new kitchen addition, here are some trends and strategies. Kitchen should be beautiful and practical.  After all this a room that will used not just for a show. As you probably know, kitchen is not what used to be.   • Island: Islands  are getting very poplar. They are getting a lot bigger and wider.  Now kitchen islands are often equipped with sink, cook top or refrigerator. They bring additional work space that is appreciated by many cooks.
  • Appliances: Under-counter top appliances are more common these days. You can see refrigerator drawers, warming oven drawers,  and dual dishwashers.As much as stainless steel is pain to keep smudge-free, you see it everywhere with in modern kitchens with clean design.
  • Counter top: Grannite is still one of the most popular choices for counter tops.  Nothing surpasses its natural elegance and beauty. Granite is one of the most durable materials available.
  • Flooring: Tile and hardwood floors are among most popular.  If you want to get more trendy you can opt for electrical radian heating and turn cold tile or wood floors into luxurious heated surfaces.
